Privacy Policy — Survey & Config API

This domain hosts optional in-app survey configuration and anonymous feedback for the Hyperliquid CopyTrader browser extension. Survey configuration is fetched once when you install or update the extension (not on a recurring schedule). Answers are submitted to /v1/feedback only when you choose to respond.

What we collect

• Anonymous survey answers when you choose to submit them.
• Extension version and aggregate usage metrics (if enabled server-side).
• A random device identifier stored locally in your browser — not linked to your identity.

What we do not collect

• Wallet keys, seed phrases, or passwords.
• Personally identifiable information by default.
• Browsing history or website content.

Survey integrity commitment

Official surveys served through this extension will never ask for:

• Wallet recovery phrases or seed phrases
• Private keys
• PINs or passwords
• Signing confirmations or transaction approvals
• Any form of wallet authentication material

If you encounter a prompt requesting any of the above, it did not originate from us. Report it at support@hyperliqtrade.com and do not enter sensitive information.

Your control

• Disable surveys anytime: Extension Settings → Display → In-app surveys.
• Dismiss any survey without submitting.
• No data is sent to this server until you submit a survey or surveys remain enabled for config fetch.

Third-party APIs used by the extension

The extension (not this server) also reads public data from:

• api.hyperliquid.xyz and stats-data.hyperliquid.xyz — leaderboard and position data.
• Public Arbitrum RPC endpoints — optional read-only on-chain balance checks.
